Ploneer Coffee Roasting Company was born from a simple conviction: that the best coffee comes from taking your time. Not rushing the roast. Not cutting corners on the bean. Not treating a morning cup as an afterthought.
Tucked into the fabric of downtown Ellensburg on South Main Street, our roastery is where green beans become something worth savoring. We source thoughtfully, roast in small batches, and treat every bag as a promise to the person who opens it.

Every batch is roasted on our small-scale drum roaster here in Ellensburg. We listen, we adjust, and we never roast more than we can sell fresh.
